LANDSCAPE PROJECTS & OUTDOOR DESIGN
Landscape projects include delivering project drafts and projects of private and public green areas, office buildings and various types of interior and exterior. LF team has experience landscape architects; also holder of designers’ license (373) registered at the Serbian Chamber of Engineers. Besides project development, LF provides project control and project audit. Draft project development consists of draft, the spatial plan, 3d models – visualization. All preceded by development of the outdoor concept design with inspiration photographs and appropriate moodboards of materialization, furnishing and details. Landscape Factory studio doing a complete consulting of outdoor spaces – total open space design. Designers perform selection of all materials, plants, technical solutions, built elements, structures, furnishing, lighting, special elements and decor.
OUTDOOR & LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTIONS
Landscape Constructions include material supply, construction organization and coordination. LF offers: ground works, terrain leveling, installation of patios and sidewalks, irrigation systems, construction and installation of garden furniture and elements, planting, complete lawn Installation and restoration with seed or turf. LF is a holder of contracting engineers’ license (474) registered at the Serbian Chamber of Engineers and also provides landscape construction surveillance.

These services also include design and delivery of various types of indoor and outdoor pots, design and construction of decks, gazebos, fences, gates, benches, screens, arbors, pergolas, furnishing and other landscape elements and sculptures that can be used as dominant structure in space. With the architect help, our designers create open space objects: various ancillary objects, outdoor kitchen, cabanas, greenhouse, design and aesthetics of swimming pools, fountains, water surfaces and water mirrors.
NEW YEAR’S INDOOR AND OUTDOOR DECORATION / DECOR DESIGN
This is specialized service during New Years’ holiday season. The service includes: apartments, restaurants, houses, office buildings interior and exterior decoration, decoration material delivery and installation. LFs’ New Year’s decoration sheds new light on living and working spaces.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
/ CARE OF INTERIOR PLANTS
On clients request, LF offers one time or regular maintenance. The services include: turf mowing, horticultural correct pruning, comprehensive lawn fertilization and weed control program, leaf and debris removal, winter dormant pruning and plant protection. Care and maintenance of indoor plants implies regular permanent care of plants in your home or office space. Landscape and interior plants maintenance are supervised by landscape architect.
